Questions groups ask
Can everyone get a copy?
Yes. The usual shape is 10 to 20 prints of one design, or one framed piece plus digital copies for everyone. Tell us the count and we quote it as one order.
Can we get the file instead of a print?
Yes. Many groups take the high-resolution file and print locally, on metal, or oversized. The digital option is the $69 tier.
Can we use it in a publication or display it publicly?
Yes, with the usage terms confirmed up front. Ask before you order and we put it in writing; photos you upload are deleted from our systems after 15 days.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Send your PO whenever you are ready, and we set the order up against it. Tax-exempt setup is available for schools and nonprofits.
Can you send it to us outside the US?
Yes, and shipping is free. We print through partners around the world, so the order goes to the facility nearest you instead of crossing an ocean. After you approve the proof: 6 to 9 days for the US, Canada, the UK and Australia, and 10 to 15 days for everywhere else, Europe and the Gulf included. Everything is priced in USD.
How long does it take?
Digital previews arrive within 48 hours of photos being in. For a group order, send photos two weeks before your date; after you approve the proof, printed pieces arrive in 6 to 9 days in the US. For tight dates, the digital files print locally same-day.
What if we cannot collect many photos?
Send what you have. There is no minimum; with fewer photos, tiles repeat across the background. If some are small or low resolution, we upgrade them on our end.
Can you make a senior night gift for our whole team?
Yes. Send the seasonโs photos, or point us to the teamโs Instagram, and we build one custom mosaic from them. Each senior can get a print of the same design, or the team can give one framed piece to the coach. Plan on two weeks before the game for printed pieces; the digital file is ready within 48 hours.
