How group orders work
- Email us the format, size, and quantity you need. We reply with one quote and a single secure payment link. No ordering one at a time.
- We set up a shared photo folder. You send the link around; people drop photos in. The shared background looks its best with 100 or more photos.
- You see a proof of every mosaic before anything is printed. Revisions are free.

Questions groups ask
Can everyone get a copy?
Yes. The usual shape is 10 to 20 prints of one design, or one framed piece plus digital copies for everyone. Tell us the count and we quote it as one order.
Can we get the file instead of a print?
Yes. Many groups take the high-resolution file and print locally, on metal, or oversized. The digital option is the $69 tier.
Can we use it in a publication or display it publicly?
Yes, with the usage terms confirmed up front. Ask before you order and we put it in writing; photos you upload are deleted from our systems after 15 days.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Send your PO whenever you are ready, and we set the order up against it. Tax-exempt setup is available for schools and nonprofits.
How long does it take?
Digital previews arrive within 48 hours of photos being in. Printed pieces take 8 to 10 days total. For tight dates, the digital files print locally same-day.
What if we cannot collect many photos?
Thirty photos is enough to start. If some are small or low resolution, we upgrade them on our end.
