On Memoir_ic, customers can order personalized products by providing their pictures and other content.
Products sold on this website are only intended for customers of legal age and will only be sold in normal household quantities for personal use. Customers found ordering products and reselling them to others will be banned permanently, and further action will be taken against them.
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts that members enter into via Memoir_ic as well as all business relationships between Memoir_ic and its customers.
USE OF Memoir_ic
As part of the registration as a customer of Memoir_ic, the customer will be asked to submit personal data. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the data is complete and correct.
The customer is obliged to treat their login ID, password, and any other access data as confidential and protected from access by unauthorized third parties.
Memoir_ic reserves the right to refuse registration without giving reasons.
The customer indemnifies Memoir_ic completely of any claim by third parties on first demand. Memoir_ic is not responsible for any type of loss resulting from late, damaged, or canceled delivery of any products.
The customer is only permitted to register and use one membership account at a time. Memoir_ic can delete multiple registrations.
In the password-protected area on Memoir_ic, the customer can access their recently shipped and/or completed orders.
Memoir_ic reserves the right to issue a warning, terminate the customer’s membership, or modify or delete content submitted by the customer if the customer violates any of the provisions. Any claims for damages by Memoir_ic remain unaffected.
PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
For orders on Memoir_ic, the prices which are listed at the time of the order on the product page apply. These prices are inclusive of all taxes.
REFUND POLICY
Memoir_ic provides unlimited revisions for all orders. If the customer is not satisfied with their mosaic preview, they can request a refund. Requests for refunds will not be entertained after two revisions have been made or if the request is made more than 48 hours after receiving the preview.
Requests for refunds will not be entertained if the customer has not shared the required number of photos within 48 hours of placing the order or refuses to share photos.
If the order arrives damaged, the customer must send a video and photos of the packaging and the product via email within 7 days of receiving the product. Memoir_ic will either send a new product free of cost or issue a refund.
AFTER DELIVERY RETURN POLICY
The customer can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return cost is borne by the customer. No restocking fee is charged.
PAYMENTS
Memoir_ic accepts payments through Paypal, Stripe, and other payment methods that may be made available on the website. If a customer is unable to complete payment using any of the provided payment options, they should contact Memoir_ic’s customer support to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
LIABILITIES
Memoir_ic is not liable for any type of physical, financial, or any other type of loss arising from late, damaged, or cancelled delivery of products.
